These Luchs Werk Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop and to all associated deliveries and services. Any customer terms differing from these T&Cs are not accepted unless expressly agreed in writing.

The products displayed in the online shop do not constitute legally binding offers. They serve as an invitation to place an order.
By completing the checkout process, the customer submits a binding purchase offer.
A contract is concluded when we confirm the order by email under the Luchs Werk Terms and Conditions.
All prices are stated in EUR and include statutory VAT where applicable.
Shipping and delivery costs are displayed separately during checkout.
The following payment structure applies:
30% down payment at the time of ordering
70% final payment upon arrival of the heat pump at the delivery location
Additional payment options may be arranged individually.
Delivery times shown in the shop are approximate and non-binding.
If a product becomes unavailable, we inform the customer immediately.
Partial deliveries are allowed if reasonable for the customer.
Unless clearly stated otherwise, installation is not included in the purchase price.
The customer is responsible for ensuring all structural and technical requirements are met for installation.
All delivered goods remain the property of WENSDAY INVEST sp. z o.o. until full payment has been received in accordance with these Luchs Werk Terms and Conditions.
Consumers have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
custom-configured products
devices that have already been installed or put into operation
fully performed services

Statutory warranty rights apply.
Manufacturer guarantees apply according to their respective terms and can be provided upon request.
We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence.
For slight negligence, liability is limited to essential contractual obligations and foreseeable, typical damages.
We supply all required technical documentation for subsidy applications.
The customer must submit the application independently.
We do not guarantee approval or grant amounts.
Personal data is processed solely for order handling and contract fulfillment.

We are not obligated to participate in dispute resolution procedures.
Polish law applies unless mandatory consumer protection regulations require otherwise.
Where legally permissible, the place of jurisdiction is the registered office of WENSDAY INVEST sp. z o.o.
If any provision of these Luchs Werk Terms and Conditions is found invalid, the remainder of the document remains effective.
